Saturday morning and it's time to take off for this years vacation. We are set to sail north as quick as possible to meet with the NZ yacht Restless. Taking advantage of the brisk southerly wind. We set course for the outside fairway west of the islands so that we also can get a free ride by the current running north with 1 - 2 knots.
Packing stuff out of the car.
Packing stuff into the boat.
The ships cat "Skipper" immediately found his favourite spot. The cat shelf. Here he can overlook what's going on in the boat but most commonly, sleep.
We are cruising west of all the islands with good speed in around 20 - 25 knots wind. Passing "Hållö light house".
